Sir,
We the students of your school beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that we have no common room. Most of the famous schools have their own common room. But it is a matter of great regret we have been suffering for the want of common room. We know that you have been trying for an overall improvement of our school. It is needless to say that a common room is very useful to the students.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would take all necessary steps to set up a common room in our school.
