Subject: Application for relief goods for flood affected people.
Dear sir,
This is to inform you that our locality has been affected by devastating flood. The area is under water for 7 days and it’s likely to continue for some more days. A large number of people have been affected. Some of them have lost their houses and have taken shelter on road. They have no food to eat. Moreover, diseases like diarrhoea, dysentery, fever, cough have broken out. The children and the old are the worst sufferers.
Under these circumstances, we request you to supply medicine, food, etc for the affected people.
