Sir,
With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I am a regular student of Class VII of your school. But I could not attend the school on 15 and 16 May 2015 because of my mother’s illness. My father is a businessman and he was in Dhaka for an emergency work.
So, I could not but stay at home to look after my mother.
My I, therefore, pray and hope that considering the circumstance above you would be kind enough to grant me leave of absence for those two days only and oblige thereby.
